• We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal only. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above. All sensitive information sent between your computer/phone and the PayPal systems is automatically encrypted, ensuring your information is kept private.

Shipping

• Chrome 21 only ships to North America and Europe.

• Tracking information will be sent to your for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so your can follow your parcel’s journey. Tracking information is available within 2-4 days after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for custom fees.

Who We Are

Chrome 21 is a for profit online store. We do however, hold people with all abilities close to our heart. We happily donate 10% of our net profit to the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan. Encouraging awareness and special opportunities for those with special needs.
