EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your ship date.
  • Merchandise must be Unused, Unworn, Odor free and in good condition with the original hangtags and packaging attached. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  • Damaged goods claims must be processed within our website form below. We will contact you immediately. Proof of damaged goods must be produced and the damaged goods must be shipped back for inspection before the refund process can begin. No exceptions.
  • Complete and the form below when exchanging so we are able to accurately get your order correct.
  • Shipping and handling cost and other charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Did you receive a Chrome 21 gift and are missing the necessary information? No worries, contact us through our CONTACT FORM below and we will help you get the exchange or return completed in accordance with the terms of the policies and issue you an e-gift card to Chrome 21.
  • Items purchased from November 1st thru December 25th can be EXCHANGED up to January 25th.  NO returns for items purchased after 15 days of the original order date.  NO EXCEPTIONS
